Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) phase 1bis evaluation on the Criminal Justice (Corruption Offences) Act 2018

In October 2019, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) conducted a phase 1bis evaluation on the Criminal Justice (Corruption Offences) Act 2018 to assess its conformity with the Convention on Combating the Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions.

While this evaluation was solely focused on the legislation, there will be a further evaluation in October 2021 to assess the practical implementation of the new Act.
